Can Bigstocklots.com deliver Intra-Community ?
Yes, for intra-community deliveries (abroad) we need your VAT number, so that we can deliver at 0% VAT rate.
Can I return goods?
Unfortunately, we cannot take back incorrectly ordered items.
If you receive an item that does not match your order or receive a defective item, you must report this in writing or by e-mail to email@example.com within five working days. We would like to receive photos of the articles directly with this email.
After the written notification, you will receive a confirmation from us. If we honor your complaint, we will discuss the solution with you.
Will I receive the Cash & Carry card at home?
After we have received all your data, you will receive an email. The pass can then be collected on your first visit at the information desk in our Cash & Carry.
Is there a minimum order value at the webshop?
Yes, our minimum order value on the website is € 200. In our Cash & Carry we have a minimum order value of € 50.

Is it possible to use images and texts from your webshop for my webshop?
Of course we are happy to help you to realize more turnover. We own the copyright to the images and texts on our webshop. We are happy to provide these images and texts. There are no costs for using it. Is the photo no longer online? Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I collect goods (or have them collected) myself?
Yes, that's possible. You are very welcome in our Cash & Carry, showroom and warehouse in Eibergen.
Will I receive a track and trace of my shipped order?
Yes, you will receive an email with track and trace for your parcel or pallet shipment.
What is the expected delivery time of the order?
After receipt of payment, the order is usually shipped within 48 hours.
When can I place an order?
You can place an order with us 7 days a week, 24 hours a day via internet and e-mail. We are available by phone from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How does Bigstocklots.com deliver your order?
All deliveries are made by Dachser, Parcel international, Tielbeke, B. van Zuuk transport or own transport.
